The honest summary
FutCapitalist works without sign-up, e-mail or accounts. Your progress is saved on your device, and the game does not send your data to any server. The only third-party thing that may run on the page are Google ads, and they are non-personalized by default.
What the game stores, and where
Your save (your club, your cash, your squad) lives in the browser storage (IndexedDB). Preferences such as language, sound and dismissed notices live in localStorage. None of it leaves the device: if you clear the site data, the progress is erased and we have no way to recover it.
We do not collect names, e-mails, phone numbers, location or any identifying data.
Ads and cookies
To keep the game running, FutCapitalist may show Google ads (AdSense / H5 Games Ads), always as your choice (for example, watching an ad to double a reward). They are configured as non-personalized by default, and Google may use its own cookies for frequency capping and measurement. Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, where you can also manage the ad preferences of your Google account.
The site uses no tracking cookies of its own and no analytics tools.
Children and teenagers
The game is for a general audience. That is exactly why ads are non-personalized by default, and no personal data is collected at any age.
Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)
Since the game's data lives on your device, you exercise the main right yourself: erasing everything means clearing the site data in your browser. For any question about this policy, reach us through the @futgibi profile on social networks.
What changes in the future
When the game gains an optional account (Google login) and cloud save, this policy will be updated BEFORE that, saying exactly what starts being stored, where and why. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
